[ Noctis, admittedly, is coming into this conversation with an agenda. His anger burns brightly, but it burns fast. While he and Cain still have a lot of work to do on their relationship, he wants to do what he promised. To put in a good word, possibly easing some of the tension between his friends, and keep someone he now knows acted out of defensiveness and impulse from being defined by that mistake.

Not that he considers Jonas to be particularly devoted to grudges. ]
